The SPIRAL BOX cleaner is designed to separate regular-shaped seeds from irregular-shaped seeds.

The cleaner copes well with the separation of intercropped seed materials, for example, peas from cereal seeds, or vetch from cereal seeds.

The separator does not require an electrical connection because it operates based on the gravity force, and the cleaner has no wear parts.

The operating principle of SPIRAL BOX:

The seed material is poured into the feed hopper, opening the feed gate when the flow of seed material is open to the spiral. As the seed material flows through the spiral, the round-shaped seed material is removed from the spiral and is directed to the picker, while the irregular-shaped material remains in the spiral and is directed to the picker.
