The LUCY weeding machine is specifically designed for mechanical weed control in crops that grow in rows, allowing for the passage of a tractor on a cultivated lane. It is particularly well-suited for berry fields, apple orchards, and vineyards. This advanced orchard weeder ensures efficient weeding around plants in orchard plantations.

We offer the machine in three versions: LU-01F for berry plantations, LU-01R, and LU-01M, which is mainly for vineyards and apple orchards: All versions include
- A wireless control panel
- A mechanical sensor to regulate sensitivity.
- Rotary head 300 mm equipped With 3 hardox baldes
- The hydraulically adjustable width allows for use in crops with different row widths.
- If your tractor’s oil flow is insufficient (30 l/min), we recommend mounting an external hydraulic kit, the AHF-001, on the rear of the tractor to operate the inter-row weeding machine, whether mounted in the front or rear.

1. Front-Attached Version (LU-01F)
- Recommendation: We highly recommend this front version as it provides the operator with excellent visibility, resulting in more precise weeding.
- Mounting: Mounted on the front of the tractor using a three-point linkage.
- Special Bracket: If your tractor does not have a three-point linkage, we offer a special bracket customized for the front of the tractor, including a hydraulic cylinder for controlling the lifting and lowering of the machine.

2. Rear-Front Attached Version (LU-01R)

- Mounting: Connected to a three-point linkage CAT 2.
- Universal Frame: Features a universal frame that can also be used for other machines such as the finger weeder, cultivator disc, blades, among others.

3. Multi-Accessories: Rear and Front-Attached (LU-01M) for Vineyards
- Accessories: Many accessories can be assembled on the machine, including the Inter-Row Blade Unit, Inter-row Rotary Weeder, different Adjustable Disc Plow, and cultivator.
- Mounting: Easily mounted to our universal chassis M01 at the front or rear of the tractor using a three-point linkage CAT 2.
- Electro-Hydraulic Block: Includes an Electro-Hydraulic Block for all hydraulic options.
- Oil Flow Requirement: Requires an oil pressure pump from 10 to 45 l/min depending on the configuration of the module.

This automatic side weeding machine for orchards is a versatile and efficient solution for maintaining clean and healthy orchard plantations. The machine is dedicated for “organic crops”. The use of the weeder allows to reducing significantly or even eliminate the use of herbicides in fruit production.
